A Little Bit

Too much of you annoys me
It’s as worse as nothing
I think
less of more is enough
Or more of less

Like a peck rather than a snog
Like a glance rather than a stare with a smile
yes, a smile
A smile rather than a grin or a laugh
The tip of your fingers rather than your whole hand or your entire body

I’d rather have little parts of you
Than nothing of you
Than all of you

My thoughts are always racing
like the waters in the stream

In the garden
I finished this poetry

I saw how flowers joyfully opened each petal
As I scribed every word
Would it be big
or little

I always wanted to fly
So I reread this poem
line per line
